Some fresh snow as well as the small wind slabs are lying on the quite favourable surface of an old snowpack in all aspects above approximately 2000 m. The new snow can be released by a single winter sport participant in isolated cases in all aspects. The avalanches in these loacations are small but in isolated cases easily released. The avalanche prone locations are to be found in extreme terrain at high altitudes and in high Alpine regions and on wind-loaded slopes. Over a wide area 5 to 10 cm of snow, but less in some localities, will fall until the evening above approximately 2000 m. The wind will be light to moderate adjacent to ridgelines. The fresh snow as well as the wind slabs are lying on the favourable surface of an old snowpack. Gradual increase in danger of dry avalanches as a consequence of new snow and wind. At intermediate and high altitudes possibly danger level 2 (moderate) will be reached.
